All you need to do is open the Facebook application, go to the menu or sidebar, and navigate to "Settings & Privacy." From there, select "Settings," go to "Privacy Settings," and look for the option "Who can see your friends list?"
You will find several visibility choices. Choose the one that suits you best; for example, selecting "Only Me" means you will be the only person able to view your friends list.
