Lost Your SIM Card Carrier Card and Don't Know Your PUK Code?

If your SIM card gets locked after entering the wrong PIN code multiple times, and you are prompted for a PUK code while having lost the original plastic card with the 8-digit code, here is the complete solution.

How to Unlock Your SIM Card Using the PUK Code via Turkcell App.

I will provide you with two methods; choose the one that works best for you.

First: Remove the locked SIM card from your phone temporarily so you can access your device apps.

Then, open the official Turkcell app (Turkcell Hesabım).

How Can I Find the PUK Code for My Line?

Log into the app and locate the search icon (magnifying glass) at the top of the screen.

Tap on it, type "PUK", and select the "Hatım İşlemleri" section as shown in the following image:

After tapping it, a list of options will appear. Simply select "PUK KODU", and two codes will be displayed—choose the first one.
