How Can I Get the PUK Code for My Aldi Talk SIM?
Simply visit the official support website linked below to contact customer service via their contact form.
Select the first option indicating that you are an Aldi Talk customer.
Next, enter your mobile phone number in the first field without including international country codes like 00 or +.
In the following field, enter your residential address details as listed on your residence permit.
In the third and fourth fields, enter your first and last name exactly as written in your passport, temporary protection ID card, or national ID (if you hold German citizenship).
In the fifth field, enter your valid email address so the support team can reply to you.
The final and most important step is to write a description of the issue you are experiencing, which must be in German. You can use the following prepared message template:
